JANET SAGERKNOTT
 

Janet Sager Knott has been a trusted strategic advisor in the realms of organizational culture, branding, strategy. She has developed and implemented strategic initiatives for more than fifty firms over ten years, several of which are widely considered to be some of the most creative and respected designers in the world.

Before launching her consulting practice, Janet served for nine years as Director of Business Development at Morphosis Architects under the leadership of Pritzker award-winning architect Thom Mayne, and was subsequently Director of Research and Publications for the celebrated architecture firm, Moore Ruble Yudell. She was an instructor of professional practice at Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-arc) from 2005 – 2010 and helped to develop their innovative curriculum. 

Janet is a design thinker and critical writer drawing on her broad educational background in fine art, environmental design, art history and organizational leadership; She studied Environmental Design at Parsons School of Design and holds a degree from UCLA in Art History / Visual culture, and has a Master of Organizational Leadership degree from Woodbury University’s School of Business.
